Lamellar/ tubular settlers are used to separate (settle) the impurities (colloidal) from the raw sewage water.
The settlers can be made out of concrete basin, having circular or square shapes, but they can be also manufactured out of carbon steel, painted with an anti-corrosive paint, having a square shape.
BIPC types of settlers are mounted in a container with the following compartments:
Compartment no 1 is the reaction compartment for the coagulation process. This is being endowed with an electric mixer, which facilitates the coagulation process.
Compartment no 2 is the settler which is used to settle the impurities from the waste water. The impurities from the wastewater are settled in the conic part of the decanter and periodically it is being removed. The lamellas are design so that the settling process is being held out at the maximum capacity, and the surface of the decanter is being reduced.
Compartment no 3 is the buffer tank for the clean water. The tank has level switches and is coupled to the intermediate pumping station of the plant.
BIPC types of settlers are used in water potabilization process, having all certifications.
The equipment can be mounted inside or outside of buildings. In case of mounted outside, this will have an anti freezing system.
The equipment is unique; it is designed and manufactured to specific request of customers.
Standard capacity: 10 m3/h, 20 m3/h, 25 m3/h, 30 m3/h, 50 m3/h, 75 m3/h, 100 m3/h.
To the customers request we design and manufacture any other dimensions, besides the standards depending on the mounting location.
