The coagulant preparation and dosing systems in the municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants (can be used in granulate form, but also in liquid or powder form). The plant is powered manual, sequential and is an optimal choice if the solution coagulation is prepared only occasionally in small amounts (up to 1000 liters). It is ideal for small treatment plants that treat small amounts of water/ mud or only occasionally.

Granulate dilution device/ connection dosing liquid concentrate and dilution water inlet PVC/ stainless steel (optional component)
Mixer for mixing/ homogenization, shaft and rotor made of SS 1.4401 (optional)

The automatic coagulant preparation and dosing system is used to automatic dosing of coagulant in wastewater. The resulted solution is used in wastewater treatment processes, for precipitation. The installation is completely automated; it only needs to be feed the granulated or liquid polymer, periodically.
The automated functioning is made with a local control panel. The granulate dosing (the quantity dosing by the volumetric feeder) and the dilution water is being setup manually.
