Manual polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing systems

The polyelectrolyte (in granulate form, but also in liquid form) preparation and dosing systems can be used in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment plants. The plant is powered manual, sequential and is an optimal choice if polyelectrolyte solution is prepared only occasionally in small amounts (up to 1000 liters). It is ideal for small treatment plants that treat small amounts of water/ mud or only occasionally.

Compound of the system:

• PE tank with a capacity between 50 and 1000 l;
• Dosing pump;
• Granulate dilution device/ connection dosing liquid concentrate and dilution water inlet PVC/ stainless steel (optional component);
• Mixer for mixing/ homogenization, shaft and rotor made of SS 1.4401;

The installation can be compound of different components, depending on the customer’s request.

Automatic polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing systems

The automatic polyelectrolyte preparation and dosing system is used to dose the polyelectrolyte automatically to the wastewater.

The solution can be used as flocculation to the sludge thickening and dewatering processes. The installation is completely automated; it needs only periodically feeding the granulated or liquid polymer.

The automatic functioning is made with a local control panel. The granulate dosing (the quantity dosing by the volumetric feeder) and the dilution water is being setup manually.

The compound of station:

• Granulate dosing;
• Dilution water system;
• PP or SS tank for dilution;
• Mixer for the dilution tank
• PP or SS tank for maturation;
• Mixer for the maturation tank (optional);
• PP or SS tank for the polymer stocking and dosing;
• Mixer for the solution stocking and dosing tank (optional);
• Dosing pump;
• Control panel;
