The lime milk solution dosing systems are use in water potabilization processes, but also in wastewater treatment plants in precipitation and pH regulation processes.

• The system compound:
• PE/ SS tank, capacity between 50 and 1000 l;
• Dosing pump;
• Mixer for homogenization with SS 1.4401 shaft and rotor (optional);

The component of the installation varies; it is always made according to requirements imposed by the customer.

Automatic preparing lime milk solution

The lime milk solution dosing systems are used in water potabilization processes, but also in wastewater treatment plants in precipitation and pH regulation processes.

The installation is automated; it needs only alimentation with water and lime milk. The automation it is assured by its local control panel. The installation needs only monitoring.

The compound of the installation:

• Preparing tank made of SS 1.4301;
• Slow mixers with SS 1.4301 shaft and palette;
• Calcium oxide (quicklime) feeder with tank and lid made of SS 1.4301 and manual speed variation;
• Inlet water monitoring unit; fittings with pressure gauge, pressure switches, flow meters control made of Plexiglas;
• Control panel;
