Floating decanters are used to clear wastewater from various applications, especially from SBR reactors. The decanter is formed from a floating vessel with holes, which collects the supernatant water of top of the tanks; it has pipe connections, accumulation pipes, respective a flange with ball bearing to connect to the solenoid valve.
The decanter has 3 level switches, which indicates 3 levels: maximum, minimum and alarm level. The decanter is being lifted and lowered by the help of a crane with electric motor. The moving of the floating decanter will be made by its local control panel, based on an external or sensors signal.
The equipment is made out of SS 1.4301, optional can be made by SS 1.4401.
